1. Q. How come you don't charge me for your services. What's the catch?
A. For the past 15 years all fees have been paid by the landlord's agent through a sharing of commissions. There is no catch.
2. Q Can you help me find such assistance as architects, contractors, and equipment suppliers?
A. Because of our lengthy business experience, we have built relationships with several of the local architects, reliable contractors and value-added equipment suppliers here in Houston.
3. Q. You say you can get the most favorable lease terms from the landlord. How can I believe you?
A. We will gladly furnish references from many of our delighted professionals, many of whom have received better lease terms than they originally expected after we negotiated for them.
4. Q. I'm not sure where I want to locate my new office suite. What can you do to help me?
A. Since we are continually helping dentists and other medical specialists locate new facilities, we maintain a record of surveys of most of the high-growth areas of Houston and will be glad to share information with our clients.
5. Q. Do I have to sign a contract with you?
A. In one word the answer is 'yes'. However, the benefit to you is that you receive our unqualified attention and all the service we can provide plus with your contract in hand, it is real evidence to the prospective landlord that he has a genuine prospect.
