This will advise you that Susan J. Rinyu, Broker has been

appointed our Exclusive Agent to solicit proposals and negotiate

for dental/office space in Houston and the surrounding area.

In addition, this agreement will apply to the renewal, extension,

or expansion of our present lease space.

Such representation shall be for a period of 180 days.

It is understood that Ms Rinyu may not make commitments on

behalf of ________________________and will look solely to

the building landlord/owner for compensation fo her services.
